So it sounds like too much fun to pass up? Here's what you'll need to know...

 

1) The Team Captain needs to complete the Team Captain Registration Form:

If you register online you will be invoiced for your team entry fee.

If you register by mail, please include payment with registration. Please note team fee is dependent on when we receive your registration AND payment.

2) Have each team member fill out and submit an individual runner registration form.

3) Make sure your volunteers and driver (if not a team member) fill out a waiver and send it to us.

Your team is not registered until:

The captain's registration form, each individual's registration, the signed waivers, and payment is received by our office.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal.com. We will send you an invoice from Paypal when you sign up, allowing you to pay quickly and easily. Paypal is safe and secure, and allows you to make payment via debit or credit card.

If Paypal's not your thing:

A check can be mailed to the RU Ready Productions, LLC" offices with the Entry Form

Payment may be made with a credit card via Active.com

A team is not considered registered until both the registration form AND payment is received. Registration price is based on when our office receives your payment.

 

 

• The captain must be a team member, and must provide a home address.

• A full roster is not needed to register your team. A team captain may sign up, make payment for registration, then follow up with the additional names and registration forms of those running on their team. Please note, your registration is not complete as a team until we receive the appropriate information from all team members.

• One captain may enter only one team using the entry form before March 1, 2008.
• Only the captain may substitute runners or change divisions.
• Team member's 10k times need to be accurate - any team finishing 2 hours earlier than their projected finish time will be disqualified. When need to have an accurate idea of your teams time in order to ensure teams are spread out on the course and exchanges points are not overly crowded. Please use a recent 10k time not your anticipated relay pace.

 

Volunteers:

Each team will supply one volunteer. If EVERY member of your team is from outside the LOCAL COUNTIES area, you may be exempt from this requirement.

Sunrise to Sunset Relay TEAM AGREEMENT

When registering, the team agrees to the following:

• Ability to complete the course within the 35-hour time limit (a team average of a 12 1/2 minute per mile pace).
  • Excludes Solo Runners
• Commitment to provide the appropriate number of volunteers.

• Once registration is accepted, confirmed, and paid for, the team fee is non-refundable, and the team is non-transferable. However a new captain can be designated from within the team roster.
